To perform this trick, you will need one elastic band.

Effects:

1. Show the audience your fist with an elastic band looping through your index finger and middle finger.

2. As you say the Magic Words Shimmer Shimmering and spread your fingers out quickly, the elastic band jumps over to your ring finger and little finger in a flash

3. The secret of this trick entirely depends on the initial preparation. The elastic band does not just loop over 2 fingers but all 4 fingers in a clever way. Firstly, loop the elastic band over your index and middle fingers. Then, drag the band out and put all 4 fingers into the loop.

4. Close your fist and only show your audience the back of your fist. Flick your fingers out quickly when you perform the magical jump.

TIP:

You can also reverse the routine by jumping the elastic band from the little and ring fingers back to the index and middle finger. After the first jump you can quickly loop the elastic band onto your fingers and jump back to the original position.
